Supported Authentication Methods

  • Passkeys (Recommended): The most modern and secure way to log in. BitGo allows for two types of passkeys:

    • A software-based passkey, e.g., Passwords app (iOS), Google Password Manager (Android), Samsung Pass (Android), etc.

    • A physical security key, e.g., Yubikey

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Uses your email, password, and a temporary one-time password (OTP) from an authenticator app. For convenience, consider using a password manager and an authenticator app approved by your team
