ZETA Transactions Process

ZETA Deposit Process

Step 1: Log in to your account on https://app.bitgo.com/

Step 2: Search and select your wallet to land on Overview page of the wallet

Step 3: Click on the “Deposit” button to find your “Receive Address” in plain text or in QR format to use to start depositing funds into your wallet.

Any of the addresses that you see on that page are valid for receiving ZETA to that wallet.

ZETA Withdrawal Process

Step 1: Log in to your account on https://app.bitgo.com/

Step 2: Search and select your wallet to land on Overview page of the wallet

Step 3:

Select “Withdrawal” on the homepage
Input the receiving address in “To” and the withdrawal amount in the “Amount”

Note: You can also enter Note, Sequence ID (optional)

Click “Preview Withdrawal”

Note:

“From” wallet: Self-Managed Hot

Step 4:

Enter your Wallet password & 2-Factor Authentication code
Click on “Initiate Withdrawal"
“From” wallet: Custodial Cold

Step 4:

Enter 2-Factor Authentication code
Click on “Initiate Withdrawal”
The transaction request is submitted to BitGo Trust
BitGo Trust conducts Video ID verification and signs the transaction within 24 hour from request submission

Step 5: Monitor the transaction status

On the Wallet Overview page , you can view the transaction in the Transfer Tab
Or, you can also navigate to the Transaction Requests page to view them
