ZETA Hot Wallet Creation

Step 1: Log in to your account on https://app.bitgo.com/

Step 2: On the homepage click on “+Create Wallet”, you’ll walk through a three-step process to set up your wallet.

Step 3:

Choose a “Name” for your wallet
Select “Asset” type as ZETA
Select the “Self-Managed Hot” as wallet type
Click on “Continue”

Step 4: You can select a wallet password (or elect to use your login password instead).

Select “Create a Key in BitGo”
Click on “Generate Keycard

Step 5: Finally, you will import the activation code from your keycard, which is automatically generated and downloaded as an encrypted PDF.

You should print the KeyCard and/or save the PDF to an offline storage device. The print-out or USB stick should be kept in a safe place, such as a bank vault or home safe. It's a good idea to keep a second copy in a different location.

Enter the “Activation Code” from the pdf
Check “I have secured my KeyCard offline and deleted file from my computer”
Click on “Create Wallet”

Important: If you haven't provided an external backup key, then the original PDF should be deleted from any machine where the wallet will be regularly accessed to prevent malware from capturing both the KeyCard and your wallet passcode
