Quick Navigation

• Swipe right/left to move between pending items without returning to the list. This ensures you can manage multiple pending actions without returning to the central queue.

Multi-Level Approvals

• If multiple approvers are required, your action is logged and added to the progress bar.

• Only once all required approvers have signed off, the item will be approved. 

Bulk Approvals

• Select multiple requests and approve in one action. 

• Useful for high-volume teams while still maintaining full audit records. 

• All transactions will still be checked against existing policies. 

Video ID Verification

Liveness Check

For certain fiat withdrawals, liveness checks may be required in app. This ensures the person approving the request is present and matches their verified identity.

• Liveness checks appear in your queue as a pending action.

• Tap Begin Liveness Check at the bottom of the details page.

• Follow the on-screen prompts to scan your face.

• Capture an image of your government-issued ID.

• If successful, your approval is logged and applied. 

• If unsuccessful, the request will remain pending until successfully verified.

Ensure you are in a well-lit environment and have a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, national ID card, passport, etc.).

Live or Scheduled Video ID Verification

Transactions pending approval will indicate if they require further verification. View the request the you will be able to schedule or initiate a live video ID verification. 

Best Practices

• Always thoroughly review transaction details before approving. 

• Ensure strong device security (biometric lock, OS updates, etc.).
